Why We’re Here
Bard & Prose is an online ezine founded with the goal of intersecting literature with critical insights.
Our ezine is filled with unique and interesting pieces of nonfiction, poetry, and critical insights in aspects of literature that deserve a home.
We are always open to submissions in any of the areas we cover, but if you have an idea of something you would like to write about, pitch us! We love creative ideas!
Become a Guest Contributor
If you’re interested in becoming a contributor to our ezine, we’d love to hear from you. Here are a few things we’ll need from you:
– A brief pitch about your piece and where you think it fits
– Links to your online writing or an attached writing sample
– A brief bio or profile (feel free to point us to your online profile)
We are interested in everything, so don’t be shy with asking about your piece. The main thing…the piece needs to fit into one of the categories we have. For the critical insights section, there should be a tie-in to literature (think of the article as an academically tilted or deeply researched and critical analysis about something related to literature).
